I conduct workplace investigations in union and nonunion environments. A workplace investigation can include staff, managers or managers and their staff. It can be conducted in organizations of any size or among customers and clients as well. I can ensure that reported concerns are fully investigated timely and documented properly to help ensure the safety of everyone involved. Investigations are cost effective strategies to help reduce mental health harm before it escalates to an illness because the investigations prioritize emotional and psychological safety of the parties involved. Adequately addressing workplace concerns will support organizations with the overall goal of organizational safety, increase employee retention and reduce absenteeism.
