I conduct qualitative assessments through conversational interviews with various members of an organization. The interviews are designed to collect data from the organization’s members from multiple levels of seniority throughout the organizational chart. I use the information collected to examine the workplace culture and assess the working environment. We review policies, procedures, existing systems, and implementation processes to determine the causes of workplace dysfunction. I review successes and failures to improve quality. The data collected will help ascertain the causes of toxic conflict culture and provide insight into the changes needed for wellness and a safe workplace.
